Sunday here and I’d like to talk a little bit about cat sitting, something I’ve been doing for close to three years now.
Looking after cats mostly in the vicinity of Antwerp, sometimes also across Flanders. If you have any idea about the geographical location of Belgium, north side of Belgium.
This cat here is called Nelis.
A little older already. Pretty quiet, easy-going.
And I just wanted to put the spotlight on a cat companion here, because these animals have a way of, you know, co-regulating.
They say they pick up on your energy, but they share theirs as well. So, it’s a reciprocal thing.
As we find ourselves on Substack, I’m curious to meet some of your cat companions.
Whenever you have a chance, share a video or a picture, if you like. And of course, these cats cannot consent to having their picture shared. So, I hope Nelis would forgive me, but it’s just a sign of appreciation, really.
